Hirer Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Your booking time includes bump in and bump out. Please ensure all setup and pack down are completed within your allocated hire period to avoid additional charges.
Hours of Use
- Mini Shoot: 2H between 7am and 5pm
- Full Day: 7am – 5pm
- Half Day: 7am – 12pm or 12pm – 5pm
Alternative times may be arranged by request and approval from Atelier Social Agency.
Access & Parking
The studio includes two designated parking spaces for your use during the booking period. These can be used for bump in and bump out. There is also one visitor parking available and street parking.
Please do not block entryways or neighbouring units at any time.
Damages
Any damage or loss to the studio, furniture, fixtures, fittings, or property during your booking is the responsibility of the hirer and/or photographer/production team.
Atelier Social Agency Studio reserves the right to invoice for any required repairs or replacements.
Insurance
Use of the studio is at your own risk. Atelier Social Agency accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal or hired equipment during your booking.
We recommend that all hirers carry their own public liability insurance.
Booking Confirmation & Cancellations
Studio hire is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- Less than 72 hours’ notice: 50% of the total fee
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 75% of the total fee
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the total fee
No refunds are available once a booking has commenced.
Studio Rules
To ensure the space remains beautiful and functional for everyone, please note the following:
- Leave the studio as you found it — furniture and props returned to their original positions.
- Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided (outdoor bins available for larger waste).
- Do not drag furniture or heavy items across floors — always lift with care.
- Furniture and props can be used outdoor.
- No glitter, smoking, candles, or incense unless pre-approved by management.
- The studio is pet friendly for well-behaved pets. Please keep them off furniture to avoid cleaning fees.
Sound Levels
Please keep music and sound to a respectful level to avoid disruption to others in the building.
Additional Charges
- Cleaning Fee: $100 — if the space is not returned to its original state.
- Rubbish Removal: $50 — if waste is left behind.
- Out-of-Hours Access: Available on request at an additional charge.
- Backdrop Usage Fee: Applies when using Atelier’s backdrop paper rolls (price varies by colour).
